Can I purchase Player Cards/Gift Cards online?

Yes, Game Cards and Gift Cards can be purchased online. Click here to purchase.

Is there an admission fee?

A.

There is no admission fee. To play, simply load a game card with any amount you choose and use it to play the arcade games and activities. Money loaded onto cards cannot be refunded, but never expires. If you have leftover value on the card, just bring it back with you on a future visit!

The tickets didn’t come out of the game, where do I get my tickets?

A.

With our new card system getting your tickets has never been easier. Just swipe the game once to play and that's it! There is no need to swipe the game a second time because the tickets go straight onto the card.

Am I allowed to bring in outside food and drink?

A.

Unfortunately, Michigan health codes prevent us from allowing outside food and drink into our establishment. The only food allowed in our building from the outside is a store bought cake.

Can I bring in my own birthday cake?

Yes, per health code regualtions as long as the cake is store bought you may bring in your own cake.

How far in advance do I need to book a birthday party?

A.

You can book a day before if you'd like. However, We need a week to be able to guarantee a party coach for the party.

Kokomo's is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. This card is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No change, exchanges, or refunds are allowed. Kokomo's reserves the right to revoke privileges of this card and suspend any values on the holders account for any misuse of the facilities. If this card is not used for a period of 12 months, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance until deleted. After five years of inactivity, all value reverts to Kokomo's Family Fun Center, Inc.
